Fab 5 Friday!!!

I am so glad it is finally Friday!!!  The only way this day could be better is if we still had the teacher workday, because for me I would have had today off!!  But we don’t, and it is a normal school day, and I decided today would be the perfect day to post about this weekend (since I have been slacking BIG TIME!!!)

So… here are 5 reasons why I am pumped about today/this weekend!!!

1.     WOLFPACK GAMEDAY!!!!

Ok, so I have a little confession to make, Even though I was complaining above about today being a normal school day, I am leaving early to go and watch the game with some of my favorite family members!!  So I guess I should not complain too much!

I may be a football girl, but it is impossible for me to NOT to be excited for today’s game!!  LET’S GO PACK!!!!!!!!

2.     So… I have been eyeing this JCrew necklace for the longest time but I could never bring myself to spend $150 on a necklace!!!  So instead I would look at it just about everyday on the website and daydream about the cute outfits I could wear with it!!

Well finally I was sick of daydreaming and I came to the conclusion that I NEEDED that necklace so I look on EBay to see if maybe they had it, and THEY DID!!!  So… I got TWO of them and they came in the mail yesterday and I am wearing one today!!!!

Here it is… isn't is fabulous!!

3.     Tomorrow I have the great pleasure to watch my sweet baby cousin and I am super excited!!!  We are going to a picnic for my bf’s hunt club and he is going to be a little farm boy for the day!!  I promise (hold me to it!!!) to take pictures and show ya’ll them Monday!!!

4.     For the past few weeks, the weather has been BEAUTIFUL during the day, but as soon as the weekend came it would get chilly and cloudy!!  But, based on weather.com, this weekend is supposed to be sunny and warm, with the exception of a few clouds today and Sunday!!!  But I will take cloudy and warm over cloudy and cold any day!!!

5.     Finally the countdown beings!!!  Only 7 more days until “The Hunger Games” come out in theaters!! 

  I am sooooo excited not only for the movie, but 2 of my sorority sisters are coming up to visit and so we can all see the movie together!!!

monograms, Monograms, MONOGRAMS!!!

Hey ya'll!!  I know, I know, I have been pretty much a failure at posting for the past couple of weeks!!  But now I am back with some great ideas that I could not wait to share with ya'll!!!

The first great thing that I want to share with ya'll is this awesome company called Marley Lilly!  I have known about this company for a while, but it was not until recently that I began to look at the website just about everyday!!  I just cannot get enough of everything that they have, and to make it better, you can get any and everything monogrammed!!!  What southern belle does not love a great monogram???  They have everything from Derby hats, totes, scarves, baby items, and even stuff for your beau!!  

I have quite a few bridal showers and bachelorette parties to attend in the next couple of months and what better gift to give the bride-to-be than something with their new monogram on it!!    

One of the bachelorette parties that I am attending has a "Kentucky Derby" theme, and I cannot wait to order my monogrammed hat to wear!!  The only thing that is keeping me from ordering it now is that I am still trying to decide which Lilly dress I want to wear!!  I am pretty sure my safe bet would be getting pink on it!!  

I did not only want to tell ya'll about all of the great things they have, I also want to show ya'll!!!  Here are a few of my favorites!!  But trust me, I would go ahead and look at everything they have!!!

I told you they had fantastic stuff!!!
It is a safe bet that my cart will be filled with more monogrammed goodies then just my Derby hat!!!
